Designed specifically for the Toddy Slow Brew System, these natural paper filters trap fine coffee grounds and oils, producing the smooth, low-acid concentrate the Toddy is known for. Each pack contains 50 filters — enough for 50 full batches of cold brew concentrate. The natural fiber construction is biodegradable and designed to work with Toddy's specific filter chamber for an airtight seal that keeps grounds out of your cup.

Brewing Notes

Technical Note: Always pre-wet the Toddy paper filter before loading coffee grounds — a soaked filter seats properly in the filter chamber and won't shift during brewing. Use coarsely ground coffee and allow 12–24 hours of cold water immersion for optimal extraction. The resulting concentrate can be diluted 1:1 with water or milk for a full-strength cup, or used at full strength over ice for a more intense cold brew experience.
