Brewing Notes

Technical Note: The Kone works best with a medium-coarse grind. Too fine and you'll get sediment in the cup; too coarse and extraction will be thin. Pre-rinse the filter with hot water before brewing to seat it properly and heat your dripper. After brewing, a quick rinse under hot water removes most grounds — run it through the dishwasher once a week for a deeper clean.
