Located in the northern Peruvian Amazon, El Palto began as a humble cooperative of 35 small farmers in 2003. Today, it has grown to include 189 members, including 40 women, who collectively cultivate 550 hectares of organic and Fairtrade® Certified coffee. With a mission to increase production and profitability, El Palto empowers its members, particularly women, to improve their livelihoods and contribute to their community's well-being.
