Rather than roasting every bean to a single uniform profile, we craft this blend using a traditional post-roast marriage of two distinct roast levels. High-grown 100% Specialty Arabica lots are roasted separately—one half taken to a rich, velvety dark roast and the other to a sweet, balanced medium—before being united in small batches.
