Daring Dashing Designs — Terms of Service

Welcome to Daring Dashing Designs. By purchasing our artwork on Etsy (etsy.com/shop/DaringDashingDesigns) or interacting with our applications and connected platforms, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights

All illustrations, designs, digital files, and artwork produced by Daring Dashing Designs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Physical prints and canvas wraps purchased through our shops are intended strictly for personal home, nursery, and display use. Reselling, unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or digital alteration of our artwork is strictly prohibited.

2. Print Fulfillment & Production

Our physical goods (including matte vertical fine art posters and stretched gallery canvas wraps) are custom printed on demand through our verified manufacturing partners (Printify). While we ensure strict color fidelity and 300 DPI print quality, minor variations in display monitor color calibration may occur.

3. Returns, Replacements & Damages

Because items are printed on demand, standard sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective during shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will promptly dispatch a replacement at zero charge.
