Daring Dashing Designs — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 7, 2026 | Last Updated: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Daring Dashing Designs (an independent creative art brand operated by Brett Taylor, affiliated with Brewtay, Philadelphia, PA) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our shop, purchase our artwork on Etsy (etsy.com/shop/DaringDashingDesigns), or interact with our content across our connected platforms and social applications.

1. Information We Collect

When you purchase a fine art print, canvas wrap, or interact with our brand, we may receive or process the following information necessary to fulfill your order:

• Order & Shipping Details: Your name, delivery address, email address, and order details provided through Etsy or our storefronts to produce and deliver your physical prints.
• Customer Inquiries: Messages, feedback, or support requests you send directly to our team.
• Usage & Social Analytics: Non-personally identifiable metrics (such as page views, pin clicks, and referral sources) collected via standard platform APIs (e.g., Pinterest API, Etsy Analytics) to understand which artwork themes resonate with our audience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for legitimate business purposes:

• To fulfill, print, package, and ship physical wall art orders.
• To provide tracking information and customer support regarding your order.
• To optimize our artwork collections, Pinterest inspiration boards, and catalog discovery.
• To comply with legal, tax, and marketplace obligations.

3. Third-Party Service Providers & Fulfillment

We work with trusted third-party service providers to power our shop operations. We only share information strictly necessary for them to perform their services:

• Printify & Print Providers: Order specifications, recipient name, and delivery address are shared with our print manufacturing partners solely to print and ship your physical canvas or poster order.
• Marketplace & Social Platforms: Etsy (secure payment processing, marketplace compliance) and Pinterest (content scheduling and public catalog discovery via developer API).

4. We Never Sell Your Data

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain order information only as long as necessary to process fulfillment, handle returns/exchanges, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Depending on your location (including GDPR and CCPA regulations), you have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
